Creating a standard business profile and publishing listings is free. Optional paid extras include advertising and promotion packages and the Premium Verification programme. Any paid service is confirmed in writing before it starts.

How does Premium Verification work?

Premium Verification confirms that the business behind a profile is genuine and contactable. You complete your profile, submit an application with supporting documentation, our team reviews it (typically within 3–7 business days), and once approved a verified badge is applied to your profile. Verified businesses also receive priority placement in discovery and priority support.

You can promote your business through featured placement, sponsored listings, banner advertising, boosted posts and managed social media promotion. These are grouped into Starter, Growth and Premium packages, and can also be arranged as a custom campaign. How are payments and billing handled?

Accepted Answer

Payments for BigHUB Market services such as advertising packages or verification are billed by BigHUB Market Global LTD and confirmed in writing beforehand. Payments for products and services offered by businesses on the platform are arranged directly between the customer and the business. BigHUB Market does not process, hold or guarantee those transactions.

What happens if I have a dispute with a business?

All transactions, agreements and communications are solely between the customer and the business owner. BigHUB Market is not a party to them and cannot arbitrate outcomes, issue refunds or enforce delivery. If a profile breaches our Terms & Conditions, report it to support@bighubmarket.com and our team will review the profile.

How do I report a profile or listing?

Use the report option on the profile in the app, or email support@bighubmarket.com with the business name, username and a description of the issue. We review every report against our content standards and Terms & Conditions.

How do I update or remove my business profile?

Accepted Answer

You can edit your profile and listings at any time from the app. To remove a profile entirely or request deletion of your data, email support@bighubmarket.com from the address associated with the account.
