The BigHUB Market website at www.bighubmarket.com and the BigHUB Market mobile application (together, the "Platform") are operated by BigHUB Market Global LTD ("BigHUB Market", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

BigHUB Market Global LTD provides a platform for businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, organizations, and customers to connect, promote, and discover products and services. BigHUB Market is NOT a party to and is not responsible for any transactions, payments, products, services, delivery, or disputes between customers and business owners. All transactions, agreements, and communications are solely between the parties involved. Users engage with listed businesses at their own discretion and risk.

BigHUB Market provides discovery, profile hosting, promotion and marketing tools only. We do not sell, resell, deliver, inspect, warrant or guarantee any product or service listed by a business on the Platform, and we do not act as an agent, broker, escrow provider or payment processor for those dealings.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@bighubmarket.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

If you publish a business profile, products, services or other content, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business and to publish the content.
• The information is accurate, current and not misleading, including pricing, availability and business identity.
• You hold all licences, permits and registrations required to operate your business lawfully.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant BigHUB Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting purposes and promote that content on and in connection with the Platform, including in marketing and social media promotion of the Platform.

We may remove, restrict or decline to display any content or profile that we consider to breach these terms, applicable law or our content standards.

You agree not to:

• Publish false, fraudulent, deceptive or impersonating content.
• List illegal, restricted, counterfeit, unsafe or prohibited goods or services.
• Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against any person or business.
• Post spam, manipulate ratings and reviews, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in breach of any applicable law, sanction or regulation.

Premium Verification indicates that we have carried out a review of the business behind a profile using information and documentation supplied by that business. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, warranty or assurance regarding the quality, legality, safety or outcome of any product, service or transaction. We may suspend or withdraw verification at any time, including where information later proves to be inaccurate or where a profile breaches these terms.

Advertising, promotion and verification services are supplied subject to the specific terms, scope and fees confirmed in writing between you and BigHUB Market. Prices shown on the Platform are indicative examples unless expressly stated otherwise. We may decline or discontinue any campaign that breaches these terms, applicable advertising law or our content standards. Except where required by law, fees for delivered services are non-refundable.

All orders, contracts, payments, deliveries, refunds, warranties and after-sales matters are agreed and performed solely between the customer and the business owner. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement, carrying out your own checks and agreeing your own terms before transacting. BigHUB Market has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate or resolve disputes between users, and does not hold funds on behalf of any party.

The Platform, including its software, design, layout, graphics, logos, trade marks and the "BigHUB Market" name, is owned by or licensed to BigHUB Market Global LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform may link to third-party websites, applications and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any listing, rating, review or business information is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigHUB Market Global LTD, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any dealings with a business or customer found through it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to BigHUB Market for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigHUB Market Global LTD and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or remove any profile or content, at any time and without notice where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached, or where necessary to protect users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Platform, and may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction Placeholder], without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of [Governing Jurisdiction Placeholder] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where mandatory local consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, form the entire agreement between you and BigHUB Market regarding the Platform.
