What verification means
A verified badge on BigHUB Market means our team has reviewed the business behind the profile: its identity, its registration details where applicable, and its contact information. It does not guarantee the outcome of any individual transaction, but it does mean the business is who it says it is.
For customers, that removes the biggest hesitation in online discovery. For businesses, it turns a cold profile view into a credible first impression.

Eligibility
What you need before applying
Applications that meet these criteria move through review much faster.
- A complete BigHUB Market business profile with logo, cover image and description
- A registered business name, trading name or professional practice
- Valid registration or licensing documentation where your jurisdiction requires it
- A working business email address and contact phone number
- At least one published product or service listing
- A profile that complies with our Terms & Conditions and content standards
How to get verified
Four steps to the badge

Complete your profile
Make sure your business name, category, location, logo, description and listings are all published and accurate.

Submit your application
Apply from the app, or email admin@bighubmarket.com with your business name, username and supporting documents.

Document review
Our verification team checks your registration, contact details and profile against our standards. Reviews typically take 3–7 business days.
- 04
Get badged
Once approved, the verified badge is applied to your profile and your business becomes eligible for priority placement.
